Just 1.5 miles east of the Port Industrial Park is the new Riverview Business Park ,a 150-acre development located on SH 266. Lots in the Riverview Business Park are available for sale. However, unlike the Port, Riverview does not have direct rail or barge access.

Real estate at the Tulsa Port of Catoosa is developed in partnership between the City of Tulsa-Rogers County Port Authority, Tulsa Port of Catoosa Facilities Authority and private firms. The Port Authority serves as park administrator, operator, and developer of all basic infrastructure. Its Facilities Authority is an industrial trust, serving as developer and financier for industrial facilities and improvements. The Facilities Authority offers build-to-suit and sale-leaseback structures for qualifying companies. It also works with third-party developers and investors.
